AMI’s Leadership Development Roadmap teaches our leadership team emotional intelligence skills, effective communication, respect in the workplace, and so much more.

Another way we create an exemplary company culture is by encouraging communication and transparency throughout our organization. Each month, we distribute an internal newsletter that summarizes how our company is performing, industry trends, recent changes implemented based on employee feedback, and upcoming events such as volunteering opportunities. We also like to use our newsletter to recognize an employee who performed exceptionally well that month. The goal behind this initiative is for our employees to see that AMI values them, as well as their contributions to the success of our team and the company overall.
