Founded in 1992 by Tom Krouth, Ace Manufacturing Indsturies Inc. (AMI) was established as a machine shop. Additionally, Tom had founded a pattern ship, Griffin Industries, a decade before and had strategically created both entities to work in tandem. With his vast experience and dedicated team, AMI quickly gained traction as a competitive manufacturer of complex and precise machined components. As both companies grew, their services expanded and expertise sharpened.

In 2007, Kelley Krouth ascended as the second generation of leadership. Since then the organization has grown by a factor of twenty; expanding services, equipment, technology, staff, and facilities. AMI now serves as a full service supplier for custom manufactured OEM parts on a global scale. We continue to work in tandem with Griffin Industries to provide full-spectrum manufacturing solutions throughout all stages of production. In honor of the strong foundation set by Tom and so many other valuable team members, we carry on the legacy of their hard work and determination to support industry-leading innovations that drive technology forward.
