Our quality lab is equipped with both servo-driven and manual CMMs to meticulously verify that products align with our customers’ blueprints. We further enhance precision by using advanced tools like an optical comparator and Etamic bore gauge. On the production floor, we implement Process Control cards at each CNC machine, with operators recording real-time data on an in-house touch screen system to monitor process capability. Our testing lab enables us to conduct high-pressure hydraulic tests, bubble leak, and leak decay testing, providing customers with the quality assurance they can rely on.
