At Ace Manufacturing Industries (AMI), we offer in-house painting, part washing, and cleanliness testing to reduce lead times, cut costs, and maintain complete quality control. Our wet coat line can handle parts up to 1,500 lbs, while our powder coat line supports parts up to 250 lbs—with the ability to match any color specification.
To meet strict cleanliness standards, AMI uses hot water parts washers, Aqueous Cleaning stations, and a 13 kW Ultrasonic Cleaning unit. Cleaned parts can then be verified in our on-site Millipore Cleanliness Lab, ensuring your exact specifications are met. With all finishing services under one roof, AMI delivers ready-to-install parts efficiently and reliably.
