3. Quotations and Orders
Quotations issued by AMI-MFG are valid for the period stated on the quotation and are subject to change thereafter. An order is only accepted once AMI-MFG issues a written order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where pricing errors, material availability, or production constraints prevent fulfillment.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, shipping, and handling unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are specified on the applicable invoice or agreement. Unless credit terms have been approved in writing, payment is due prior to shipment. Late payments may incur interest and collection costs as permitted by law.
5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. AMI-MFG is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Customers are responsible for inspecting goods upon receipt and reporting any shortages or visible damage promptly.
6. Warranties and Returns
AMI-MFG warrants that products will materially conform to the agreed specifications at the time of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or normal wear. Custom-manufactured items are generally non-returnable. Any warranty claim must be submitted in writing within the period stated in the applicable agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of AMI-MFG or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Customer-supplied drawings, designs, and specifications remain the property of the customer, and AMI-MFG will treat them as confidential and use them solely to fulfill the customer’s order.

Each party agrees to protect the confidential information of the other and to use it only for purposes related to the relevant order or engagement. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or lawfully obtained from a third party.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMI-MFG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption, arising from the use of our products, services, or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMI-MFG and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our products or services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AMI-MFG’s principal place of business is located, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that location.
